General Ride Rules and Regulations

  • Guests enter the slide only under the supervision of the instructor/attendant.
  • Do not attempt the course beyond your skills.
  • No lying or sitting on the air bag. If any become tired, the guest should leave the attraction.
  • Guests should always aim to land on their feet in the event of any fall.
  • Avoid landing on your back, neck, or chest.
  • Guests should exit the course after completion and wait in line for their next turn.
  • Climbing the trusses or attempting to navigate the course backwards by the guests is strictly prohibited.
  • Sharp objects are strictly prohibited in the course.
  • Guests must comply with all the instructions provided to them by the instructors/attendants or supervisors.
  • Remove all objects and loose articles before entering. And remove eyeglasses, jewelry, brooches, hairpin, scarf, key, and any loose articles. Avoid damaging the equipment, the safety of yourself and others.
  • No rough play or dangerous acts.
  • Recommended that guests wear long-sleeved tops and trousers.
  • Adult supervision is mandatory.
  • Do not smoke.
  • Do not eat, drink, or chew gum.
  • Secure all loose articles of clothing including headwear.
  • The use of mobile phones, video cameras or recording devices is forbidden during the experience.

 

 

 

People of Determination (Guests with Disabilities) Guidelines

  • Guests using wheelchairs must be able to board the attraction themselves and must have sufficient strength in their lower extremities.
  • The Guest must have the body and spinal control to sit upright without the aid of other people or devices and be able to maintain the riding posture even during bumping or other characteristic movement of the attraction.
  • The Guest must be able to enter and exit the attraction without jeopardizing themselves or others and assist with their own evacuation if necessary. This may include special arrangements such as entering through the exit or having someone aid them in boarding. If a Guest must be lifted in and out of an attraction unit, this must be accomplished by a responsible person who is accustomed to doing this. For the safety of our Guests and Team Members, our Attendants and Operators are instructed not to perform this function.
  • Guests wearing casts may experience the attraction, however they should ensure it is fully secured during the attraction and the cast cannot obstruct or put an adjacent Guest at risk.
  • Guests wearing prostheses cannot attraction.
  • Guests with missing limbs must have two functioning legs and two functioning arms to safely experience the attraction the attraction.

  • Players are always under the staff’s instructions.
  • One person at a time on each Climbing Wall as directed by Operator/ Staff.
  • Each Climber must be safely fastened into Harness by Operator/ Staff.
  • Only Climb as fast as your skill level and ability allow.
  • Do not swing out or push off from Climbing Wall via Belay Rope.
  • No tricking off walls.
  • No running in the floor area, pushing, wrestling or horseplay of any kind.
  • No foul language will be permitted.
  • Climbers must be in good physical condition.
  • Do not tamper with your harness and sling line.
  • Staff must check plates into the track before players play.
  • Never attempt to attach your own harness or enter the Climb Block on your own, as doing so could result in a catastrophic injury, paralysis, or even death.
  • Long sleeves and trousers are preferred. Long hair is recommended to be tied back. Scarves, Wristbands, and other floaty clothing are forbidden to prevent entanglement.
