Family Fun Pass Terms & Conditions

This is a booking confirmation for the Family Fun Pass. The QR code include 4 Anyday Entry Tickets which can be scanned at our gates to enter the Park.

Please visit any of the Ticket Counter or vending machine at the Carnaval area and present this voucher to collect your WonderPass. The WonderPass is loaded with 400 points for use in the Carnaval funfair or any attraction inside Global Village, along with one (1) single-use access to a ride in Carnaval funfair.

The WonderPass may be topped up online and at all ticket counters, and at dedicated vending machines within the park.

Global Village will not replace this card if it is lost, stolen or damaged.

Any points stored on or added to this card are only valid for Season 29 at the park. Unused points will not be refunded.

All card purchases are final, and cards may not be transferred, resold or refunded.

Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times. Global Village accepts no responsibility in the event of loss of personal belongings.

Global Village reserves the right to refuse entry or to evacuate from the park any ticket holder and to take appropriate action to enforce this right and extend or amend the park’s opening hours in the case of Force Majeure without refund or compensation.
